English enquiry, media-partner and audit-tool privacy notice

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Haiwai Chuanmei (haiwaichuanmei.com) is operated by 北京无忧客数字科技有限公司. This notice covers information submitted through the English pages, as well as data entered into the browser-local audit workspace, and complements the site's general Chinese privacy policy.

1. Information submitted

We may collect your name, work email, organisation, website, country, languages, media type, audience, editorial coverage, pitch preferences, commercial terms, public sample URLs and other details you choose to provide.

2. How we use it

We use the information to respond to enquiries, qualify media and delivery partners, verify capabilities and commercial conditions, plan projects, maintain supplier records, prevent duplicate or misleading submissions, and improve our working process.

3. Browser-local audit data

Entries in the Brand SERP & AI Citation Audit workspace, including saved drafts and baselines, are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not submitted to us. Exported CSV files are created on your device. Clearing site data or using another browser may make locally saved audits unavailable unless you exported a copy.

4. Analytics and hosting

Google Analytics loads only after you consent. Analytics covers page usage and does not receive the fields entered in the audit workspace. The site is hosted through Cloudflare. Form submissions may be processed by the external form endpoint configured at build time and by our email or communication providers.

5. International handling

International enquiries and partnerships may require information to be accessed by team members or relevant service providers in more than one country. We limit sharing to what is reasonably needed for assessment, communication and delivery.

6. Retention and access

We retain submitted enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for qualification, communication, project matching, compliance and dispute handling. Access should be limited to people involved in business development, supplier management, delivery or administration.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal, security and record-keeping requirements. You can decline analytics without affecting core site functionality. Browser-local audit data can be removed with the workspace controls or your browser's site-data settings.

8. Sensitive or unauthorised material

Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, private keys, embargoed documents, unpublished client credentials or material you are not authorised to record. Public representative URLs and internal evidence references are normally sufficient for an audit.

9. Contact

For a privacy request, email hi@haiwaichuanmei.com and identify the submission concerned. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
